Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase found in your email.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@timelessmemos.com.au Please include "Returning Product" in the subject line of the email as well as a screenshot or details of the confirmation receipt or proof of purchase sent to your email. You can always contact us for any return questions via email. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order once received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you in the rare occasion you receive the wrong item, this way we can resolve your enquiry.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discount/sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
If you decide to change your mind regarding one of our items and wish to exchange it for another item, this is possible for items only in the same collection. This means that you can change the item for a different colour or style from the same collection of your choice. The fastest way to ensure you get the item that you desire is to email us at info@timelessmemos.com.au while stocks last. Please include these details; the product that you currently have, the item you wish to receive and the proof of purchase.

Please note for any exchanges to be accepted, you will have to pay for the shipping cost back to our facility. Once the return is accepted a separate purchase will need to be made for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
