Shipping policy

The shipping price will be calculated at check out based on where you live in Australia.
We usually send out orders anywhere between 2- 5 business days since you've placed your order.

Please be mindful that your package may take approximately 10-15 days to arrive in the mail due to shipping delays outside of our business. Please check your email to track your order using the tracking number via the Australia Post or Sendle website. If more than 15 business days have passed since you've approved your order, exchange or return, please contact us at info@timelessmemos.com.au and we can provide an update.
